Asana offers eligible nonprofits a 50% discount on Premium or Business subscriptions. Asana also offers pro-bono consultations with Asana Advisors to help with onboarding, exclusively for members of the Asana for Nonprofits Program.

We use Asana as a task manager; it has a lot more capabilities and integration than what we use it for, but it helps us track the things we need to do for our business and also for our clients.

Adobe offers nonprofit pricing discounts in their VIP (Value Incentive Plan) and TLP (Transactional Licensing Program) programs globally.

In several regions, Adobe partners with TechSoup to distribute software. If your organization is registered with TechSoup, sign in and view the offers and discounts your organization is eligible for.

We wouldn’t recommend Adobe unless you’re planning on REALLY diving into the tools and learning a lot about them or have someone on your team who can. Adobe products aren’t super user friendly, but they’re definitely amazing tools if you can use them.

Design

Canva for Nonprofits program unlocks all the premium features of Canva Pro – for up to 10 people (including you) in your organization – for free.

We use Canva DAILY. We do all our design work through Canva, which allows us to easily collaborate with clients. We couldn’t speak more highly of it. It’s a must!

Many of our clients use Eventbrite for both their in-person AND virtual events.

We use this tool for one of our small business clients and it’s a bit more clunky. However, if you want to auto-generate different versions of your posts (that you approve of in advance), it’s great for filling up your schedule for you, which other tools don’t do.
